Data deletion
ORPA CLOUD users may disconnect integrations and request deletion of imported Gmail data, Google Calendar access, or their complete workspace.
Disconnect Gmail immediately
Sign in, open Workspace Settings, and choose Disconnect Gmail. ORPA CLOUD will request revocation from Google and delete the encrypted Gmail access and refresh tokens held for that workspace. Previously imported messages remain until separately deleted so accidental disconnection does not erase business records.
Disconnect Google Calendar
Open Schedule and choose Disconnect in the Google Calendar panel. ORPA CLOUD deletes the encrypted Calendar tokens immediately and stops checking availability or creating events. Calendar events already created remain in Google Calendar so the business does not lose its schedule; they can be deleted there normally.
Request imported-email or workspace deletion
Email privacy@orpacloud.com from the address associated with your ORPA CLOUD account. State whether you want imported Gmail messages deleted or the complete workspace deleted. Do not include customer email contents, passwords, OAuth credentials, or API keys in the request.
Verification and completion
ORPA CLOUD will verify the requester’s identity and workspace authority before deletion. After verification, applicable records will be deleted or de-identified, except information that must be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, payment disputes, or protected backups.
Revoke access through Google
You may also remove ORPA CLOUD directly from your Google Account’s third-party connections page. This prevents future Gmail and Calendar access but does not by itself delete records already imported into ORPA CLOUD or events already created in Google Calendar.
