Google connectionsGoogle says ORPA is restricted to its organizationThis is an OAuth audience setting, not a restriction created by your ORPA workspace.+
  1. Confirm you selected the Google account you want to connect.
  2. If Google shows org_internal, ORPA’s Google app is still Internal and the ORPA team must change it to External.
  3. If Google says access is limited to test users, your address must be approved until Google finishes verification or the Google app must be published.
Google connectionsGmail did not finish connectingReconnect from Settings and approve the read-only Gmail permission on the same browser.+
  1. Open Workspace → Settings → Gmail inbox.
  2. Disconnect the existing connection if one is shown, then connect again.
  3. Approve email identity and Gmail read-only access. ORPA cannot send, delete, archive, or mark mail as read.
  4. If the error mentions an administrator policy, ask your Google Workspace administrator to allow ORPA CLOUD.
Inbox & AIRecent Gmail messages are not appearingORPA imports recent inbox messages and intentionally skips Spam and Trash.+
  1. Open Inbox and select Sync now.
  2. Confirm Gmail still shows Connected in Settings.
  3. Check that the message arrived within the last 30 days and is not in Spam or Trash.
  4. Wait ten minutes before another automatic sync; manual sync is rate limited for account safety.
Google connectionsGoogle Calendar did not connectCalendar needs its API enabled and event permission approved in the same Google Cloud project.+
  1. Open Workspace → Schedule and choose Connect Google Calendar.
  2. Approve identity and event access for calendars you own.
  3. If Google reports API access, the ORPA team must confirm Google Calendar API is enabled.
  4. If no long-term token is issued, remove ORPA CLOUD from your Google Account connections and reconnect.
Jobs & schedulingAn ORPA appointment is missing from Google CalendarThe ORPA appointment remains saved even if Google synchronization fails.+
  1. Confirm Calendar shows Connected on Schedule.
  2. Choose Sync upcoming to retry future appointments.
  3. Open the appointment and verify its start and end time.
  4. Reconnect Calendar if sync continues to fail; ORPA never deletes unrelated Google events.
Inbox & AIAn email cannot be analyzedThe workspace may have reached its monthly AI review allowance or the AI service may be temporarily unavailable.+
  1. Open Billing to check reviews used this month.
  2. Confirm the email has useful message text; attachments are not downloaded.
  3. Try again once after a short wait.
  4. If the monthly limit is reached, reviews reset next month or you can upgrade for 10× Free-plan capacity.
Jobs & schedulingTurn an email into a job without entering everything twiceApprove the email review, then create the customer and job together from Inbox.+
  1. Open the customer request in Inbox.
  2. Review and approve ORPA’s summary.
  3. Choose Create job, or Add to schedule if the request is ready for a time.
  4. ORPA reuses the sender, work description, and available details; review them before saving.
Quotes & invoicesCreate a quote with the fewest stepsStart from a job when one exists, or enter the customer name directly for a one-off quote.+
  1. Open Quotes and expand New quote.
  2. Choose an existing job to reuse its customer and work details, or enter a customer directly.
  3. Add only the priced line items the customer needs to see.
  4. Save once, review the document, then convert the accepted quote to an invoice.
Quotes & invoicesLogo or business details are missing from documentsQuotes and invoices use the shared branding saved in Workspace Settings.+
  1. Open Settings and find Business details and document branding.
  2. Add the correct business name, contact information, accent colour, and logo.
  3. Save the settings before leaving the page.
  4. Reopen the quote or invoice to see the latest shared branding.
BillingUpdate or cancel an ORPA subscriptionStripe’s secure billing portal manages cards, invoices, and cancellation.+
  1. Open Workspace → Billing.
  2. Choose Manage subscription when a paid subscription is active.
  3. Use Stripe’s portal to update the card, view receipts, or cancel.
  4. Your ORPA customer payment account is separate from your ORPA software subscription.

  1. Include the page name, what you clicked, and the exact message you saw.
  2. A screenshot is useful only after hiding customer-sensitive information.
  3. Never include passwords, API keys, OAuth secrets, card numbers, or Supabase service keys.
  4. ORPA support can ask follow-up questions in the saved conversation.
