Terms of Service

Effective date: July 13, 2026

These terms govern access to the ORPA CLOUD early-access service. The product is still being tested, and features, availability, and pricing may change before general release.

Account responsibility

Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, maintain appropriate access to connected Google and Stripe accounts, and use ORPA CLOUD only for information and communications they are authorized to process.

Human review and AI drafts

AI summaries, classifications, recommended actions, replies, quotes, schedules, and other generated material may be incomplete or incorrect. Users remain responsible for reviewing all output before relying on, sharing, approving, or sending it. ORPA CLOUD does not make business commitments on a user’s behalf.

Payments

Stripe processes payment credentials and connected-account activity under Stripe’s terms. ORPA CLOUD may display payment status but does not guarantee settlement, payout timing, dispute outcomes, tax treatment, or the accuracy of information supplied by a connected payment provider.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unauthorized mailbox access, spam, deceptive communications, unlawful discrimination, fraudulent payments, malware, surveillance, or any processing that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

Early-access features may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued to protect users, comply with provider requirements, or improve reliability. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability.

Termination and deletion

Users may stop using the service and request workspace deletion. ORPA CLOUD may suspend access for security threats, abuse, non-payment, provider restrictions, or violations of these terms.
